All our personalised and bespoke items are made to order. Please allow 14 working days for these to be completed before shipping. 

Due to the nature of personalised and bespoke items we do not accept refunds/returns unless we have made a fault, e.g. incorrect spelling, colours or products.

In this case please contact us via flowerfairycreations@hotmail.com with photographic evidence of the issue with in 4 days of receiving your order. 

Please check you have correctly spelt all words correctly as changes can not be made after your order is submitted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

All items MUST be returned in the original condition that you received it or your refund will be void.

All other items are subject to returns only if the are faulty. these items are subject to a 4 week fault refund. which means if the item becomes faulty within 4 weeks you may receive a full refund.

Refunds are not given on used/open earrings, clothing or bath products. 

Refunds will not be given on items that can cause an allergic reaction, if you have sensitive skin please be mindful when purchasing goods such as bath products and jewellery.
